A preposition is used before a noun/pronoun to show Place, Time, Direction, or Relationship.

📆 IN – months, years, long periods: in March, in 2024, in winter.

  • For: duration (for two years)

📍 IN – inside: in the room, in the box, in Nepal.

📍 ON – surface: on the table, on the wall.

📍 AT – specific point: at school, at home, at the station.
